Q. I am not able to login

Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

* If you have forgotten your password, You can reset your password by clicking on this : Password Reset link. Reach out to us if you face any issues.


Q. Advantages of having an Account with MusiqKaraokes

* You cannot purchase any products from our store without creating an account.

* By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple Billing addresses, view your orders, download your purchased karaoke tracks from your account and more.


Q. How do I buy a karaoke track? /How to place an order?

Register/Login -> Select Tracks -> Add to Cart -> Proceed To Checkout -> Fill Billing Details -> Complete Payment -> Download Tracks Instantly

 * Getting started with MusiqKaraokes is a snap. First, you need to register yourself if you are not a registered member. On the homepage itself, click on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” on the top right hand side. Fill in all the required details and click on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” to complete the registration process. Or just click on "LOGIN" to log into your account with your email id and password.

* After registration search for the karaoke track(s) you want and click on “ADD TO CART” to add them to your shopping cart. Some products have more than one options like Karaoke with or without chorus. so make sure that, you have chosen your right required product.

* To view your cart, click on “MY CART” on the top-right hand side. You will be redirected to the shopping cart page where you can see all the tracks selected by you. It is advisory that you check the quantity of each karaoke before proceeding for payment. If the quantity of any track is showing more than one, then you can edit it manually by typing “1” in the quantity box. If you have changed any quantities please click on “UPDATE” button.

* After Viewing your shopping cart, you need to click to “GO TO CHECKOUT” Button. You will be taken to a new page to enter your Billing Address or to choose an existing address from the address book.

* Next click on “PAYMENT”, here you will see wide range of options for Online payments like; CcAvenue, PayPal and PayUMoney.

We are also offering Offline Payment Methods like Pay To Paytm, PhonePe, G Pay, etc

If you are an Indian customer / Reside In India (using an Indian credit/debit card), then kindly select the options Like CcAvenue or PayUMoney. Using above option you can pay using your credit card, debit card, net-banking and mobile banking .

If you are an International Customer / Living Anywhere Outside India (using International debit/credit card), then select the option PayPal and Continue. Using this option you can pay either using your PayPal account or with your credit card / debit card .

Note for Indian Customers: Don't use PayPal as payment option, use CcAvenue or PayUMoney as it accepts payment through Indian credit/debit cards and net banking).

* You Can download the purchased karaoke tracks from “My Downloadable Products” Page.


Q. What is the procedure to download the tracks?

 * You Can download the purchased karaoke tracks from “My Downloadable Products” Page.

* Just log in to our website (using your email id and password) and click on “My Account” given on the top of the homepage. In the “My Account” section, select the option of “My Downloadable Products”.

* You will now view all the karaoke tracks purchased by you. Just click on Download Button to save the track on Your Device/PC.


Q. I could not download the karaoke and now my link(s) has expired?

* The download links we send you expire automatically after 3-10 download attempts. But that is not a problem at all. You can send us the order number via email to musiqkaraokes@gmail.com and we will refresh the links and send them again.


Q. How do I make payment?

* There are three options of payments; CcAvenue, PayPal and PayUMoney.

* If you are an Indian customer, you can kindly select the option of CcAvenue or PayUMoney and continue. Using these options, you can pay using your debit card or net-banking and continue with your purchase.

* If you are a NRI customer, then select the option PayPal and continue. Using this option you can pay either using your PayPal account (if you have one) or through your credit card/ Debit Card, for which it is not necessary to have a PayPal account.


Q. I am getting a "Transaction Error Page" or "Duplicate order ID Error Page", what should I do?

* Delete the cache and cookies/history of your browser and try placing an order again. This will resolve the issue.


Q. Not able to make online payment

* Don’t worry, help is near, we have added plenty of Offline payments also, if you don’t know how to make payments through cards or failed to pay through online methods, you can choose our offline payments methods Like Wire Transfer (Pay directly to our bank account), Pay to Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay Wallets.

Note ÷ Since this is an offline payment, it will take time for you to receive the download link.


Q. I have made payment through Offline Methods, But not received Download Link

 * Since this is an offline payment, the orders need to get verified manually. For that you need to contact our customer support team through Email (musiqkaraokes@gmail.com) or through Whatsapp (+91 9061596049) with your Order no and the receipt/screen shot of the transaction that you made to us.

* This is a time taking process and can take up to 0-24 hours. So customers are requested to make payments through online payment methods.


Q. Amount Debited From Bank, But order status is cancelled/ pending ?

* This can occur , if u click on back / cancel button before the transactions completes.

If your card is debited by mistake, seriously, no need to panic at all! Please just make sure the following at your end.

* Please check your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited ? If yes please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days.

The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

* If the transaction become successful and the money has been credited to our account we will initiate refund through Gift Cards or by reward points within 2 business days of your request. No cash refund will be made from our end.


Q. Can I use an international card on MusiqKaraokes?

* Yes, you can make payments via major international credit and debit cards issued outside India using our Paypal payment gateway.


Q. Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit card?

* We use the highest possible security measures to protect our customers’ bank details. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information.  All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

* We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information.

* MusiqKaraokes assures you that your information is completely protected and that your purchases are safe. Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

So, it is completely safe to use your bank debit/credit card on our website.


Q. Do I need to type my address every time I order?

* No! You don't need to type the address every time you place an order, and we dont forget our customers! An address once used will be saved in My Account -> saved addresses link. 

* You can go to your saved addresses and modify your default Billing address. You can also add more addresses using 'Add a new address' button. You can select any of the addresses instead of typing the billing address while you are ordering.

Q. By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?

* No registering does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter, and yet want to avail the benefits of being a registered user, just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter


Q. Will I get notifications on new Product arrivals, deals and discounts?

* You’ll be notified of all the offers via emails sent to your registered email id.


Q. Do you sell CD+G tracks?

* No. We do NOT sell CD+G tracks. All the karaoke tracks are in MP3 format only. These tracks are not supported by karaoke machines. They can be played on any media player available on the internet for free example: VLC media player, Real Player, Windows media player etc. You can also burn these tracks on to a CD or DVD and play on physical players.


Q. Can I cancel my order?

* You can cancel your order by clicking on “My Orders” section of your my account and then select the item(s) you want to cancel.

* Order cancellation applicable only for the orders palaced through Offline Payment methods.

* No order can be cancelled, once it become complete.


Q. Can I Cancel a particular product from my Completed order.

* Sorry, you cannot cancel any order, once it become complete.


Q. Can I modify my order after having placed it?

* Sorry, you cannot Modify / cancel any order, once it become complete.


Q. I have ordered a wrong product. What should I do now.?

* Since all our products are digital in nature, you cannot exchange or cancel your orders.

* We have added several details of the products like Film/Album Name, Karaoke Sample , Listen, Original Song options etc. to avoid confusions from our end.

* So before you make a purchase, got through the details of the product and choose the right track.


Q. I have received a Wrong product. What should I do now.?

 * In case of wrong information on the product page or we have delivered you a wrong product, don’t worry,  full refund shall be provided. All you need to do is just contact our customer support team through Email (musiqkaraokes@gmail.com) or through Whatsapp (+91 9061596049) with your order no and the product details.

* A cash refund will be made to the customer if the product price is greater than Rs 200. If the product value is less than Rs 200/– we initiate a refund through Gift Cards or by reward points equivalent to the product price within 2 business days of your request.


Q. I have received my CD/DVD..?

* We do not ship any CD’s or DVD’s. No claims of CD’s/DVD’s not delivered will be entertained.

* All the karaoke tracks are digital in nature are downloadable files

* You Can download the purchased karaoke tracks from “My Downloadable Products” Page.


 Q. I don’t find What I am looking for

* Try again searching with different search term / spelling.

* Search again with album/film name.

* File might not be available.

* You can request your karaoke needs through Karaoke Enquiry page.

* Avail our Custom Karaoke Production Service
