How do I buy a karaoke track? / How to place an order?
Register/Login -> Select Tracks -> Add to Cart -> Proceed To Checkout -> Fill Billing Details -> Complete Payment -> Download Tracks Instantly
* Getting started with MusiqKaraokes is a snap. First, you need to register yourself if you are not a registered member. On the homepage itself, click on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” on the top right hand side. Fill in all the required details and click on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” to complete the registration process. Or just click on "LOGIN" to log into your account with your email id and password.
* After registration search for the karaoke track(s) you want and click on “ADD TO CART” to add them to your shopping cart. Some products have more than one options like Karaoke with or without chorus. so make sure that, you have chosen your right required product.
* To view your cart, click on “MY CART” on the top-right hand side. You will be redirected to the shopping cart page where you can see all the tracks selected by you. It is advisory that you check the quantity of each karaoke before proceeding for payment. If the quantity of any track is showing more than one, then you can edit it manually by typing “1” in the quantity box. If you have changed any quantities please click on “UPDATE” button.
* After Viewing your shopping cart, you need to click to “GO TO CHECKOUT” Button. You will be taken to a new page to enter your Billing Address or to choose an existing address from the address book.
* Next click on “PAYMENT”, here you will see wide range of options for Online payments like; CcAvenue, PayPal and PayUMoney.
We are also offering Offline Payment Methods like Pay To Paytm, PhonePe, G Pay, etc
If you are an Indian customer / Reside In India (using an Indian credit/debit card), then kindly select the options Like CcAvenue or PayUMoney. Using above option you can pay using your credit card, debit card, net-banking and mobile banking .
If you are an International Customer / Living Anywhere Outside India (using International debit/credit card), then select the option PayPal and Continue. Using this option you can pay either using your PayPal account or with your credit card / debit card .
Note for Indian Customers: Don't use PayPal as payment option, use CcAvenue or PayUMoney as it accepts payment through Indian credit/debit cards and net banking).
* You Can download the purchased karaoke tracks from “My Downloadable Products” Page.
* The downloadable products has some limits in downloading. The download links we send you expire automatically after 3-10 download attempts. But that is not a problem at all. You can send us the order number via email to musiqkaraokes@gmail.com and we will refresh the links and send them again.
* Our products are digital in nature, once downloaded they cannot be returned. Thus no cash refund will be made in case of any confusion from the customers’ end.
* Our rates are fixed and No individual discounts will be provided.
* We do not ship any CD’s or DVD’s. All our songs are downloadable. No claims of CD’s/DVD’s not delivered will be entertained.
* We only provide video karaokes to selected products.
* The karaoke track may vary by 0% to 15% from the original song.
* Because of the quality of the track, the download file size may be high and may experience difficulties while downloading through a slow internet connection.
* There will be no delivery and shipping charges.
* No refund will be done in any cases, and cancellation request cannot be accepted after the payment transfer.
* If the payment was not successful, You wont receive the link to download track.
* If u are using offline payment method, It may take up to 24 hours for admin to verify your purchase, Normally we verify the purchases with in 0-3 hours. For fast verification, you need to contact our customer support team through Email (musiqkaraokes@gmail.com) or through Whatsapp (+91 9061596049) with your Order no and the receipt/screen shot of the transaction that you made to us.
